HOTEL GENERAL POLICY AND HOUSE RULES FOR YOUR STAY IN MASD MEDITERRÁNEO
PRICE (Law 53/1994 compliance):
Price includes: Cleaning service as per schedule. Cold & Hot running water, and electricity supply with A/C system. Customer care related to your booking and stay. Furniture and sufficient equipments in rooms & apartments (Number of furniture pieces in room/apartment will not be increased upon request)
Price also includes access to public areas (pools). *The CLUB POOL is only for exclusive use of guests from Club Rooms
Other services not included:
- Parking place in-situ: with previous booking and subject to avaiability with a rate of 16 eur/day.
- Breakfast and bar service (Check operation mode and working hours available)
- Additional or extra cleaning or linen change services (with surcharge, previous request to Reception and subject to availability)
- Bath robe and sandals rental for spa or pool with surcharge. (Included with some forfaits, or offers)
- Access to Spa thermal and Treatment area: With surcharge, previous booking and subject to availability. (Temporarily NOT IN SERVICE)
- Bike rental (standrds/electric) at Reception.
- Any consumption from Bar not included in your rate plan/forfait.
- Any telephone charges generated from your room/apartment.
- Special thematic decoration for wedding, anniversary and special occassions
INTERNET Wi-Fi. *This is a free of charge service. This service is provided with sufficient speed and bandwith granted by the provider and duly tested. Hotel does not guarantee a certain speed or connectivity, since it may well depend on the technical specifications and seetings of each device. We do not provide tech-assistance, guest is responsible to set up properly its own device/s with the access code provided by Reception. This service is provided 24hrs, however in case of failure Hotel will contact provider in due time and does not promise any limit time for repairing and re-stablishing the service. In such cases, guests with urgent internet needs must recur to alternative connectivity options available in the market.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS (Law 53/1994 compliance):
Payment is done in advance at check-in, when Reception will present the invoice/receipt. If the due charges are not paid off as agreed, Hotel may at anytime deny entry or ask guest to leave Hotel and make use of the room/apartment. In case room/apartment is unoccupied and unpaid, with personal belongings inside, they will be collected and stored with an on-the-spot inventory witnessed and signed by two staff members.
BOOKINGS:
A booking is confimed once the required confirmation pre/payment is done as per your booking confimation and cancellation policy.
HOLDING A BOOKING
(a) If no confirmation deposit/prepayment has been made on due time, Hotel may cancel the reservation anytime after booking and before arrival day.
(b) If confirmation deposit/prepayment has been made, Hotel will hold the reservation valid for 24hrs from expected arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Check your booking cancellation policy to verify cancellation window and conditions.
Flexible rates: These rates admit cancellation up to 2/7/10/15/30 days before arrival depending on the offer accepted and terms agreed. Prepayment is required and refunded in case of cancelling within cancellation window. In case of non show or cancellation out of cancellation window, 100% of prepaid amount will be hold as penalty.
No Refund rates: This rate type does not admit cancellation and implies 100% confirmation desposit/prepayment. In case of non show or cancellation 100% of prepaid amount will be hold as penalty.
In case of interrupting your stay by checking out before the expected date, if you have benefitted from any special rate, promotion or discount per stay length, you must pay the difference resulting from rate recalculation, in compliance with Law 53/1994.
POOL RULES:
You must respect always the pool rules while accessing and enjoying this area. Pool rules are displayed by the pool entrance and around the area. Pool facilities are without life-watch service. Children up to 14 years old may be always accompanied by an adult and never left alone by the pool. Opening time is from 10:00 to 20:00, unless a certaing scheduled or emergency mantainance action is needed or carried out.
GUESTS must NOT occupy or ¨book¨ sunbeds or pool spaces by leaving unattended their personal belongings while not being in the pool area. Hotel is NOT responsible for watching or looking after unattended -left behind objects in the pool area, and in any case must remove them to clean the space and set it available for proper use.
GENERAL HOTEL RULES:
CLEANING SERVICE: Cleaning service will be done from 10:00, as per cleaning schedule daily made at Reception. The service includes towel and linen change as scheduled, and does not cover kitcken, dishes & kitchenware cleaning. Garbage removal in apartments should be made by guest, depositing in the outdoor nearby containers on the streets. No garbage bag should be placed in corridors or hotel doors or public areas. Additional/extra cleaning services or linen change are with surcharge previous request to reception and subject to availability.
Cleaning service in Touristic Apartments on Carrer Disset 3: Every 3 days service with towel change, full linen change on weekly basis.
Cleaning service in Aparthotel on Passeig Maritim 50: Daily service with towel change, full linen change every 3 days.
*Some business negotiated stays or medium-long stay bookings may be associated to special cleaning conditions.
LOUNDRY: Self-service laundry room avaibale in both locations. Washing machines and dryers operating with coins. Washin powder/pills available at Reception with surcharge 1 eur/unit. Please respect other guests belongings in washing room for pick-up or collecting.
CHECK-IN: From 15:00, please check everything is in good order and report any incidence or worries to Reception as soon as noticed. Any early check-in request will be subject to availability and may imply surcharge.
CHECK-OUT: Before 12:00, please make sure you do not leave any personal belongings behind. Double check drawers, wardrobe, and safe box before leaving the Hotel. Any personal item found after check-out will be considers as ¨left-behind¨, classified and stored as Lost & Found if proceeding. Hotel is not responsible for these objects left behind, and no value items should be placed out of the safe box offered free of charge. Dishes and kitckenware must be left clean before leaving the apartment.
In case of late check-out without confirmation or approval a supplement will be applied. In case the room/apartment is to be occupied, and guests do not show up to check-out on time, Hotel can make use of the room/apartment, collecting and storing all belongings with an on-the-spot inventory witnessed and signed by two staff members.
SAFE BOX: We recommend use of the safe box, at your disposal free of charge, for storing valuable items. Hotel is not responsible for any valuable item in rooms/apartmens.
SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM (CCTV): All public spaces are surveilled 24/7. Recordings are stored during 10 days. Access to recording files is exclussively available for Police authorities.
PARKING: Parking service with surcharge. Do not leave valuable items inside the car. Hotel is not responsible or liable for theft or vandalic actions on the parking area. Any incident must be reported to reception to be dealt with local authorities if necessary. This service has a price of 16 eur/place/day
PETS: Hotel does not accept pets except for guide dogs for disabled guests on specific locations.
VISITORS: Visitors are not allowed after 22:00. In any case prior to this time, all visitors must be registered at reception, and porperly identified for security reasons. In order to make use of pool or spa facilities, it must be requested at Reception to verify capacity availability and it may imply surcharge with proper identification with tagged bracelets.
DURING YOUR STAY:
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in rooms/apartments, or manipulating/blocking any fire-detection device. Breaking this rule may imply direct request to leave Hotel accompanied by a fine up to 3.000 eur according to Law 42/2010 compliance)
- It is strictly forbidden to use wax candle for decoration or aromatic purposes in rooms/apartments due to fire risk.
- It is stricyly forbidden the comsumption of any ilegal drug in room/apartments or Hotel areas. In any case, Reception may report it inmediatelly to police authorities.
- It is strictly forbidden storing any ilegal good in room/apartment for comsumption or distribution. In any case, Reception may report it inmediatelly to police authorities.
- We guarantee the room/apartment tyope booked or a superior type, but Hotel is not obliged to provide an specific location or room number desired by guest.
- The number of guests accommodated must match the total of persons registered at Reception during check-in.
- Visitors ar not allowed after 22:00. In any case prior to this time, all visitors must be registered at reception, and porperly identified for security reasons. In order to make use of pool or spa facilities, it must be requested at Reception to verify capacity availability and it may imply surcharge with proper identification with tagged bracelets. If allowed to stay over upon registration, permitting hotel/room capacity, a supplement of 22-34 eur/night will apply using the existing beds or sofa bed in room/apartment. No suppletory beds are placed.
- You must respect silence hours from 22:00, avoiding to disturb other in-house guests. It is also forbidden to remain in common public areas after silence time.
- It is strictly forbidden to make any barbecue in room/apartments balcony/terrace or in any public spaces inside the Hotel.
- It is strictly forbidden to celebrate any private or group party in room/apartment, or using hotel common public spaces for this purpose. Hotel has private and singular spaces for events cellebration. For more information please contact Reception.
DATA PROTECTION:
Please be informed that any personal data you provide during your stay will be handled in a loyal, appropiate, pertinent, limited and updated way and will not be transfered to others, except when this communication be neccessary or may suppose an improvement; always in compliance with the current law in terms of data protection (GRDP). By agreeing these general Hotel conditions and policy, not declaring anything against, you make explicit consent for your data to be included in a filed named ¨GUESTS¨, under custody and responsability of MASD ENTERTAINING , SL, with VAT id B 63912596. The purpose for collecting this data, among others, is to invoice, send budgets and offer proposals, and inform you about our services and products by electronic means. The consequence resulting from not completing or providing your personal data would automatically deprive access to this information mentioned before. You have the right to receive an answer for any inquire, request, or doubt that you may have upon reading and consuling the Hotel general conditions and policy.
