Masd Mediterraneo does not have its own shuttle service. However, we do collaborate with our airport transfer partner company offering transportation options in the area.

Hotel is located just about 12km away from airport, about 12-15 minutes drive by car. Occasionally, you will be able to watch down from the sky our destination if your landing path* is decided over Castelldefels -:)
*Aircraft flying over Castelldefels is very occasionally and does not follow any existing time table or schedule, merely decided by air-traffic authorities based on special determining factors for safety reasons.

Our reception is attended 24 hr. From 7 to 23 hr by reception staff who can assist you in any query related to your reservation. And from 23 to 7 hr, you will be attended by our night concierges.
Please remember that the reception for both buildings is located at Passeig Maritim, 50 (get directions). If the door is closed when you arrive, ring the bell and wait to be attended. It is possible that our concierges are doing surveillance rounds or attending other guests in any of the 2 properties.

Established departure time is 12 hr. If guest wish to extend their stay after that time, you must request it at reception the day before your departure.
The reception will inform you whether it is possible (depending on the room is to be occupied) and the additional costs (which are determined according to the new departure time).
In case we can not grant a late check-out, the hotel offers you the possibility to leave your bags in our luggage room, and continue using the hotel facilities (swimming pool, restaurant, spa). We have changing rooms and lockers in the spa.
Masd Mediterraneo is very well located 10 km from the airport and 22 km from the center of Barcelona.
You can go:
- By road (C31 or C32)
- By public transport: buses L94 and L95 stop a few meters from the hotel (check schedules by clicking on each line). If you wish, you can also go by train: the station is 2 km from the hotel (official website of Renfe Railwayhere).
If you decide to use public transport, we advise you to buy a combined transport ticket (we recommend a T10 for zone 1). For sale in the vending machines located at train or metro stations. Masd Mediterraneo offers rates for accommodation only and bed and breaksfast rates. Please, check booked rate to know if you have breakfast included.

Both the Hotel and the Tourist Apartments have limited parking spaces. Parking is not guarded but is located inside the hotels, outdoors.
If you wish to park in our facilities, you must request it at reception (by email or at the time of check-in). The cost of the service is 16 euros / night (prices subject to variation). Since places are limited, we advise you to make your reservation in advance.
In our parking area in Passeig Maritim, we do have two available EV charging stations at 7,4kw/h, accessible with coins.
We inform you that during the summer season (from May to October), parking at Castelldefels beach is subject to a fare per hour.
Notice that in high season, from May 1st to October 31st, street public parking places marked in green are exclussively for residents use, though you may use it paying the associated rate. Places marked in blue around Hotel area are paid in high season, and free of charge from November to April.

Rate for your rooms includes 2 or 4 adults (depending on booked room type).
Extra children from 0 to 3 years old, can stay for free in existing beds or in a cot as long as the maximum allowed capacity is not exceeded.
Extra persons from 4 years old, could stay ONLY upon authorisation and registration at Reception for a supplement of 22/30 eur / night (occupying the existing beds, as long as the maximum allowed capacity is not exceeded.)
In all cases, you must notify it at reception. ADDITIONAL guest not registered or authorised may be requested to abandon the Hotel and reported to authorities.
Masd Mediterraneo does not accept pets (except guide dogs). However, we can make exceptions for small pets if your reservation is in one of the Tourist Apartments located in Carrer Disset, num. 3. If you plan to travel with pets, please contact reception to find out about the extra charge and availability.
If you wish, you can lighten your luggage and leave the beach towels out of your suitcase.
We have pool and beach towels to rent. There is a small charge for washing. This means that you can have the towel for as long as you want and you will only have to pay each time you want to change it for a clean one.

If you have made a reservation in our tourist apartments, we will equip your apartment with enough sheets and towels per person. If upon arrival you miss any towel, inform us at reception to solve it as soon as possible.
In tourist apartments, guests have 1 change of towels every 3 days, and 1 change of sheets every 6 days included in the price of their stay. If you want to change the towels every day (with extra cost), request it at reception.
Clients staying at the Apartment Hotel, have daily change of towels and minimum change of sheets every 3 days.
Yes. The number of cleanings included in the price of your stay varies depending on whether you have chosen a tourist apartment or an accommodation in the Apartment Hotel.
If you make your reservation in Tourist Apartments located in Carrer Disset, num. 3, we will clean your apartment every 3 days (from 10 to 16 hr preferably, cleaning does not include washing the dishes or taking out the garbage).
If you have booked a room or apartment of the Hotel located in Passeig Maritim 50, we will clean your accommodation every day (from 10 to 18 hr preferably, cleaning does not include washing the dishes).
When a guest hangs the red DO NOT DISTURB sign, the cleaning of the apartment will be postponed to the next day / shift.
You can make any request / claim related to cleaning at reception.
Accommodations described as DUPLEX have a private terrace and outdoor jacuzzi. The use of the jacuzzi is not included in the price of the reservation and it MUST be requested during the reservation process or at reception (you will be informed of cost per night: 49 eur/night. BE MINDED that this service request is always subject to availability and Hotel confirmation.
Please keep in mind that the time to set up a jacuzzi is from 10 to 18 hr. If you request a jacuzzi after 18 hr, or without sufficient notice time, we may not be able to offer the service until the next day.

We have 2 electric bicycles and 4 standard bicycles to rent. Ideal option to bike the promenade without hurry, or get to the mall in less than 10 minutes. Reservations, rates and availability, directly at reception. Rentals per hours and per day (limit until 10 pm).
Facilities are for exclusive use of guests, with the exception of the Spa and the Restaurant that are open to the general public at some point.
If you receive a visit to your apartment, you must notify it at reception, and registration may be necessary.
The entry of visitors is prohibited from 10 pm (when silent time begins). Any visitor that may remain in the apartment/room after 10 pm will be considered as extra guest (extra charge of 22/30 eur / night) if not excessing the maximum capacity allowed. In case they may not be even registered at Reception, or causing any disturbance, they may be requested to abandon Hotel immediately or reported to authorities.
If you receive a visit, the visitor can not use the pool (exclusively for guests). Please, contact us at Reception for available pool offers and prices, occupancy permitting.

Unfortunately there is no space neither in the apartments nor in the rooms to add an extra bed. In the apartments, the sofa can be converted into a bed for specific needs. Please, check at reception our different options.
